The Microflora Community Tea Party

A two-part workshop collaborative presented by Natalia Nakazawa and Piero Passacantando


This two-part workshop explores the porous threshold between body, architecture, and ecology through fermentation, rituals, urban foraging, and tactile play - mapping a living blueprint for more entangled ways of being in the world. Our own bodies are communities, constantly in the process of exchange with the environment. We are not singular things. Our bodies are much more intertwined with the environment than meets the eye - with each other and our plant, animal, and mineral allies. Germs and bacteria are constantly migrating between the outside and the inside.
